About Us

Five Points of Hope raises money exclusively for Michigan cancer patients in financial crisis. Social workers request grants from the charity to help financially-strapped patients pay for essentials such as insurance dedutibles, medical equipment, prescriptions and utility bills. The organiztion achieved non-profit status in 2007 and continues to be operated entirely by volunteers with no paid staff. In 2018, the charity granted over $70,000 in financial assistance to nearly 200 deserving cancer patients residing in Michigan.
